Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Anchor Corps Media ("Anchor Corps," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit anchorcorps.com (the "Site"), contact us, or pay an invoice through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact forms. When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you send.
  • Phone calls. When you call a number listed on the Site, we receive your phone number, the call's date, time, and duration, and caller ID information. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
  • Invoice payments. When you pay an invoice, payment details are entered on and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.
  • Attribution data. The source that brought you to the Site, such as a search engine, ad, or campaign link, so we can understand which marketing channels work.
  • Security logs. IP addresses and request data used to detect and block spam, abuse, and attacks on the Site.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure traffic, and attribute inquiries to the marketing that produced them. These include:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure Site traffic and usage.
  • CallTrackingMetrics to display dynamic phone numbers and connect calls and form submissions to the visit that led to them.
  • Google reCAPTCHA and Akismet to tell people from bots and filter spam.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if cookies are disabled. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To process invoice payments and keep business records.
  • To send you information about our services where you have asked for it or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve the Site and our marketing.
  • To protect the Site, our business, and our users from fraud, spam, and security threats.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We never pass anyone's contact information to other businesses for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf, including website hosting, analytics, call tracking, email delivery, security, and payment processing. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anchor Corps, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

Information We Handle for Our Clients

Anchor Corps provides marketing services to businesses, including healthcare practices. Information we process on behalf of a client, such as calls or form submissions on that client's own website, is governed by that client's privacy policy and our agreement with the client, not by this Policy. Questions about that information should be directed to the client.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business, tax, and accounting records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and multi-factor authentication for administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to websites we do not operate, including our payment processor. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
